Privacy Policy
Your curiosity is welcome. Your privacy matters.

Who is responsible for your information
PickCraft is operated by Sonder Brands LLC. We are responsible for the personal information collected through this website.
Information we collect
When you request a restock notification, we store your email address, product, request time, source, notice version, and any separately chosen marketing preference. When analytics is enabled, we record shopping actions and may retain sanitized campaign attribution. Privacy requests contain your email, request type, and any message you provide.
How we use it
Restock notifications and optional product marketing are separate purposes. Your notification request is not an order, reservation, or payment. We use privacy requests to respond to your rights and security verification to protect our forms.
Choice and control
Nonessential collection is off until you opt in. You can withdraw analytics consent in Cookie Settings. Advertising tools are not configured. We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. Global Privacy Control is honored for sale and sharing opt-outs.
Storage and access
Records are stored using Lovable Cloud with restricted access. Public visitors cannot browse subscriber data. Only authorized administrators can access subscriber and privacy-request records. The store uses privacy-friendly, locally processed proof-of-work verification. Hashed network-address counters support short-window abuse protection.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, or withdrawal without creating an account. We may need to verify your identity before carrying out a request. Use the privacy request form linked below.
Retention
We keep notification requests while they remain relevant to the requested restock notification, subject to withdrawal and applicable legal obligations. Privacy requests are retained pending processing. A final retention schedule is under review.
